Why we use this information

We use these details to review your enquiry, respond to your questions and discuss a requested electrical engineering service. We do not ask for passwords, personal identity documents or confidential plant records through this form.

How the form is delivered

Our website uses FormSubmit, an external form processing service. Information submitted through the form is transmitted to that service and forwarded to our business mailbox at support@energicity.co.in, which we access through Zoho Mail. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep enquiry records only while they are reasonably needed for communication, service evaluation, record keeping or applicable legal requirements. We do not state a fixed provider retention period because third-party services may apply their own rules.

Your choices

You may email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of the enquiry information we hold, subject to any applicable legal requirements. If you prefer not to use an online form, contact us directly by email or phone.

Voice input in Electrical Doctor

If you choose the microphone option, your browser may use an external speech recognition service to turn spoken words into text. Availability depends on your browser and microphone permission. Review the text before using it. Energicity does not save microphone recordings through this website.
